Shipping 

All orders are processed within 2–4 working days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details so you know exactly when it will arrive. 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To start a return, please email us at hello@mamanature.uk with your order number and reason for return before sending your item back. We’ll provide return instructions and the returns address.

Please include your order number and full name inside your parcel to help us process your return quickly.

We want you to love your Mama Nature pieces. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make the returns process simple and stress-free.
